• Telefónica España has acquired 100% of Altim, a Spanish consulting firm specializing in digital transformation through SAP solutions. With 25 years of experience and over 160 clients, Altim enhances Telefónica’s B2B growth strategy. The acquisition aligns with Telefónica’s focus on providing excellent service and leveraging innovation. Altim, a Gold Partner of SAP, will continue to operate independently, emphasizing S/4HANA migrations, public cloud models, and data governance to deliver measurable business transformation. 1
• Vestel has integrated Ingeva Proyectos, aiming to double its revenue to €40 million by 2029. The company, led by Sara Díez, specializes in electrical engineering solutions for energy transition. With a team of around 200 professionals and an annual revenue exceeding €20 million, Vestel is focusing on strategic alliances and organic growth to enhance services. Recent integrations, including Umar Ingeniería, reinforce its commitment to quality and innovation in public and private projects, addressing challenges in electrification and decarbonization. 2
• Molins has acquired 100% of Pavimentos Industriales Pavirat and Lithium Concrete to enhance its Concrete & Aggregates business in industrial flooring solutions. Both companies specialize in high-flatness flooring for industrial and logistics projects in Spain. This acquisition aligns with Molins’ growth strategy, allowing for greater specialization in high-flatness industrial flooring, which is increasingly in demand. Salvador Fernández, Executive VP, emphasized that this move strengthens their capabilities and enables them to offer more comprehensive services to customers. 3
• The UVESA group, part of the international food and agri company MHP, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the company Payán Hermanos. The agreement represents an important step in UVESA’s development and reflects the company’s strategy to sustainably strengthen and expand its poultry business in Spain. Through this transaction, UVESA aims to increase production capacity, reinforce its market position and create additional value by integrating Payán into UVESA Group’s operational, commercial and management model. 4
• Abion (Bridgepoint), a Swedish-based provider of intellectual property services, has integrated the Spanish law firm Baylos, enhancing its international presence and service offerings. This strategic move aims to consolidate Abion’s position in Southern Europe and provide comprehensive IP services. Baylos will operate under its brand during a transition period of 6-12 months, rebranding as Abion by the end of 2026. 5
• Avícola Galocha, a family-owned Spanish chicken producer, has sold a 24% stake to Audens Food (Goodlife Foods - IK Partners). The Galocha family retains the majority stake and plans to invest EUR 10 million to modernize its plant, increasing processing capacity by 25% by September 2026. The goal is to become one of Spain’s leading poultry processors. In 2025, Galocha reported revenues of EUR 46 million, employing nearly 200 workers. 6
• Resilience Partners has completed an investment through its DOCEO Continuation Vehicle to back the acquisition of Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa (EUDE). This marks the third investment in the Madrid-based postgraduate provider since 2017. The transaction, supported by the European Investment Fund, aims to drive EUDE’s international growth across Europe and Latin America. 7
• Sipay has acquired the remaining 48% of Sipos, achieving full ownership of the Cádiz-based software company specializing in point-of-sale solutions for the Horeca sector. This acquisition enhances Sipay’s integration of technology and payment solutions, aiming for a seamless experience from customer interaction to payment. The unified system streamlines operations and reduces friction, reinforcing Sipay’s position as a leading technology provider in the Spanish Horeca market. 8
• Murcian company AMC Global has acquired Cremofruit to enhance its juice production capacity. This purchase allows AMC to increase its presence in the region and develop vertical integration in fruit processing. The integration of Cremofruit’s facilities is underway, aligning with the local fruit campaign. AMC Global produces over 20 categories of innovative natural beverages and operates nine factories across Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands, employing over 1,700 workers. The company is a leader in Europe, processing over 300,000 tons of fruit annually and packaging nearly 1 billion liters of natural drinks. 9
• Embamat has acquired Embalajes Bereciartua to strengthen its strategic presence in the industrial packaging sector. This acquisition enhances Embamat’s service capacity while maintaining Bereciartua’s operational continuity. Both companies emphasize personalized service and flexibility as key competitive advantages against larger multinational firms. Bereciartua will continue operating from its Urnieta facility with its current team, ensuring customer relationships remain intact. This integration aims to combine local expertise with Embamat’s resources, promoting sustainable growth and innovation in the industry. 10
