Weekly collection of transactions (June 17 - 23)

• The human resources company Redarbor, based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, has acquired employment portals Catho and OCC from the Australian group Seek. The transaction has been financed by Vitruvian Partners.1

• TravelPerk, the global business travel management platform, acquires AmTrav to accelerate US expansion and announces new $135m backing from Blackstone and Blue Owl. AmTrav’s highly localized tech platform doubles TravelPerk’s US revenue and expands its footprint to include offices in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. 2

• Idilia Foods (ColaCao) and Damm have announced an agreement that will involve the acquisition of 50% of Cacaolat by Idilia Foods. This agreement will create the largest milkshake group in Spain. In this way, Cacaolat will unite its iconic brands Cacaolat, Letona, and Laccao with the management, marketing and distribution of the ColaCao Energy, ColaCao Shake and Okey shake brands. 3

• Everwood Capital has acquired the majority of the capital of Maresa Logística with the aim of accelerating the growth of the Spanish logistics operator. Maresa has more than 52,000 square meters of warehouses and logistics plants. The group’s annual turnover amounts to 52 million euros and its workforce reaches 442 people. 4

• Charterhouse Capital Partners, one of the longest-established private equity firms operating in Europe, announced its investment in Skin Tech Pharma Group, a global medical aesthetics group. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Spain, Skin Tech is a B2B medical aesthetics group specialising in the production of hyaluronic acid-based injectables, alongside topical peelings, mesotherapy and cosmetic products.5

• Glentra announces the acquisition of DVP Solar (Everwood). DVP develops utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects across Europe and Latin America. DVP, headquartered in Seville, Spain, was established in 2020 and today has more than 75 employees based out of 6 locations with on the ground presence in Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Colombia. 6

• Schmitz Cargobull, manufacturer of semi-trailers, strengthens its market position by acquiring a majority stake in Atlantis Global System, the Spanish telematics specialist for refrigerated logistics. 7

• Parasol Media (GED Capital) integrates the Basque lighting company Argilun. With the acquisition of Argilun, the resulting group expects to have a turnover of more than 35 million euros in 2024, doubling the 15 million euros when GED entered Parasol (formerly Cinelux) in 2022. 8

• Dacsa, the food group whose main company is the Valencian Maicerías Españolas, continues to expand its activity to cover everything from agri-food raw materials to ready-to-eat products. The Císcar family group has acquired the prepared meals business unit of Industria Restauración Colectiva (IRCO), dedicated to collective catering, which uses the Delinatur brand. 9

• GELLIFY, an international Innovation Factory supporting companies in their innovation and digital transformation processes, continues its expansion strategy by announcing the acquisition of a majority stake in NOBA. This Spanish firm specializes in developing and launching new products, services, and business models. 10
