• Cinven has signed an agreement with the shareholders of idealista, the leading real estate platform in Spain, Italy and Portugal, to buy 70% of the company at a value of 2.9 billion euros. Jesús Encinar, founder and President of idealista, will continue to lead the company with his team, as he already did in 2015 after the sale of idealista to the funds managed by Apax and in 2020 after the sale to EQT.1

• Inetum, a European leader in digital services, boosts its Salesforce capabilities in Europe with Nubika acquisition. Nubika, a consulting firm founded in 2016, provides comprehensive solutions to improve sales efficiency and user experience for companies in all industries. Inetum generated sales of 2.5 billion euros in 2023. 2

• The dermatological company Isdin, 50% owned by Puig and Esteve, has closed the acquisition of the toothbrush manufacturer Balene. 3

• All Seas Capital, a pan-European private capital fund announced a significant minority investment in Synergym, a fast-growing and leading gym chain in Spain. Synergym has quickly established itself as one of the main gym operators in Spain, with over 200,000 active users across its 96 clubs. 4

• AGQ Labs Group (Portobello), an Andalusian multinational leader in analytical testing and specialized chemical engineering, announced the acquisition of Microchem, an important laboratory in South Africa.5

• Familia Martínez buys 50% of **Fleury Michon’**s stake in Platos Tradicionales for 68 million euros. This company has been manufacturing prepared meals for Mercadona stores for 16 years. 6

• ECF Group announces the acquisition of Pilsa Group, Spanish distributor of equipment and professional kitchen installer in the Foodservice market. With this transformative acquisition, ECF Group consolidates its European presence in one of the continent’s most dynamic markets, strengthens its expertise in Professional Kitchen Equipment and opens up export prospects in Central America and the Middle East. 7

• HIMOINSA, player in the design and manufacture of power technology solutions, has acquired Dismuntel, an Engineering and R&D company with over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacture of electronic systems, based in Valencia, Spain. 8

• Softonic, the renowned Spanish company that specializes in app distribution and tech news, has announced the acquisition of Appvizer, a media outlet dedicated to enterprise software (B2B). With this strategic acquisition, Softonic diversifies its business while maintaining the largest general software catalog in the marketplace, and continues to consolidate the publication of news, tutorials, and current events. 9

• Edison Next Spain, the energy services company and subsidiary of the Edison energy group and the French giant EDF, has just acquired Consistrol, a company specialized in control systems for the tertiary and industrial sectors. 10
