• Albia IMAP (🎉) served as financial advisor to Lekuona in its acquisition of 3G Hidráulica. This strategic move allows Lekuona to expand its customer base and strengthen its position in the domestic hydraulics market. The acquisition aligns with Leku‑Ona’s broader strategy to enhance market presence, secure new commercial relationships and bolster its service and product offering in hydraulic technologies. 1
• Swedish residential property manager Odevo has acquired Portik Group, a property management firm operating under brands like Inmho (Spain), LDC (Portugal), Estia (Italy), and All In One (Mexico). The transaction brings Odevo’s global portfolio to over 2.2 million homes and expands its presence into four new markets across Southern Europe and Latin America. 2
• Sabater Spices (Portobello Capital) has acquired Hungarian Food Ingredientes (HFI), a parsley specialist based in Hungary. This marks Sabater’s first international acquisition after halting its 2023 sale process. HFI contributes approximately €4 million in EBITDA, boosting group sales to over €131 million and EBITDA to €31 million.3
• Digitalent Group (Magnum Capital), through its DIGITECH division, has acquired Progresa Formación, a leading vocational training center in Valencia. This move expands DIGITECH’s national footprint, which already includes campuses in Madrid, Barcelona and Málaga, and boosts its capacity to train over 2,000 students annually in official intermediate and advanced cycles. 4
• Dragados (part of ACS Group) has acquired 100% of Chilean industrial assembly firm Fleischmann, reinforcing its strategic expansion in digital infrastructure projects. The acquisition positions Dragados to enhance connectivity capabilities and integrate advanced digital technologies across its global portfolio. Fleischmann, specialized in industrial installations, will contribute its expertise in digital infrastructure delivery, from high-bandwidth networks to smart facility systems, supporting Dragados’ commitment to modern, technology-driven construction solutions. 5
• Spanish digital marketing and sales firm T2ó ONE (Aurica) has acquired a 51% majority stake in creative agency Fly Me To The Moon, aiming to boost its EBITDA by 33% to €20 million in 2025. Founded in 2006, the agency employs around 60 people and posted €7.5 million in revenue with €1.2 million EBITDA last year. Fly Me To The Moon will retain its brand identity, leadership, and autonomy. 6
• International industrial technology group ANDRITZ has signed an agreement to acquire Salico Group, headquartered in Spain and Italy, including its subsidiaries in the UK, USA, and India. Salico, founded in 1978, specializes in advanced finishing equipment for metal flat strip processing and generates around €100 million in annual revenue with a workforce of over 150 experts. The acquisition aligns with ANDRITZ’s strategy to become a full-line supplier in both ferrous and non-ferrous downstream processing, broadening its finish-line technology portfolio and reinforcing its global service network. 7
• Seville-based aerospace company Inespasa has purchased a 50% stake in UMI Aero, making it the sole owner of the group. The acquisition consolidates Inespasa’s position in the aerospace sector and marks a strategic move to fully integrate UMI Aero’s capabilities under its corporate umbrella. This takeover reflects Inespasa’s ambition to strengthen its market presence and streamline operations by bringing UMI Aero entirely into its fold. 8
• Indra has agreed to acquire “El Tallerón,” Duro Felguera’s heavy‑duty boilerworks plant in Gijón. The agreement ensures retention of all 156 plant employees, a critical gesture amid Duro Felguera’s financial restructuring and planned redundancy measures. Occupying 75,000 m², the facility will be repurposed to manufacture and assemble tracked and wheeled armored military vehicles under Indra’s new division, Indra Land Vehicles. 9
• Spanish private equity firm Alter Capital Desarrollo has increased its stake in Wifit Gyms to a majority 55%, following an initial minority investment a year ago. Wifit, a value‑focused fitness chain, has grown swiftly to 9,000 members across five Spanish centers and plans to open its sixth gym in Chamberí, with four more slated for 2026. The additional capital injection will help accelerate Wifit’s Iberian expansion amid a booming fitness market.10
