• Stirling Square acquires Gestión Tributaria Territorial (GTT) from AnaCap for 300 million, marking the British fund’s second acquisition in Spain, following the purchase of Sustainable Agro Solutions in 2021. 1

• Nazca acquires a minority stake in BCN Visuals, pioneer in the emerging and prospering niche of 3D anamorphic campaigns for Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH). 2

• Stirling Square bolsters the Catalan fertilizer group SAS with the acquisition of Biovert. 3

• Hinojosa, the Valencia-based packaging group, expands its presence in France due to the acquisition of shares in ASV Packaging.4

• Saica Group acquires a minority share of ADDA Ondulati and Cartorobica in Italy.5

• Turkish fintech firm Papara buys Spain-based neobank Rebellion. 6

• MAT Holding and Bayer have reached an agreement under which the German multinational will transfer its crop protection products factory, located in the Valencian town of Quart de Poblet, to Indústries Químiques del Vallès (IQV). 7

• PHI Industrial takes control of Compañía del Trópico, owner of Café y Té and Panaria. Kartersia will continue as a shareholder. 8

• Sesa, through its wholly owned subsidiary Var Group Spa, a 51 percent stake in Wise Security Global, provider of Cyber Security services and internally developed Definitive ID and Digital Evidence solutions based on Blockchain technology. 9

• Stellum Capital acquires a minority stake in Comercial Hostelera, developer of customized projects in machinery equipment for Hospitality and Restoration.10
