• ProA Capital acquires a majority stake in Avioparts. Founded in 1993 and based in Fuenlabrada, Avioparts specializes in the sale of lubricants, chemicals and parts for aircraft, as well as in providing logistical solutions for aircraft maintenance, both in the commercial and military segments. 1

• Moira Capital acquires a 37% of the capital of The Wise Seeker, a technology platform specialized in the evaluation and management of talent objectively, through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) , adaptive algorithms and natural language processing. 2

• Grupo Alcoaxarquía, national leader in the marketing of avocado and other fruits of BIO origin, has given access to its capital to Tresmares Capital, an investment platform in Spain that has the support of Banco Santander. The company estimates to close the year with a turnover of 50 million euros and has an ambitious business plan with which it hopes to organically reach 120 million in the next 5 years. Additionally, the Group contemplates inorganic acquisitions that would allow it to overcome the 250 million euro barrier. 3

• GED Capital has resumed its acquisition strategy to accelerate the growth of Envases Soplados (Enso), a company specialized in the production of plastic containers (PET). Enso has closed the acquisition of the Portuguese company Vertical Bag, which manufactures flexible Bag in Box bags for the food sector. 4

• BVI a diversified surgical ophthalmic specialist, announced the acquisition of Medical Mix, a company specializing in the supply of medical devices for ophthalmic surgery across Spain and Portugal. 5

• The Bordeaux group, Gaïana, a software publisher dedicated to wines, spirits, agriculture and horticulture, announces the takeover of another company in the software world: the Spanish company Ayanet TIC. Gaïana is a portfolio company of french Private Equity firm Meanings Capital Partners. 6

• The basque consulting group LKS Next has acquired a majority stake in Madrid-based Afi Servicios Tecnológicos Avanzados (STA) as part of its commitment to the digitalization area of public administrations. 7

• Belgium-based QbD Group acquires life sciences consultancy Azierta to reinforce its global vigilance services and expand its presence in Spain. The core services that Azierta provides are safety management and monitoring, regulatory affairs, compliance and GxP, and scientific and medical affairs. 8

• Ticnova, a group backed by Gaea Inversión (Inveready) and specialized in local computer and consumer electronics stores, closed the acquisition of Informática Amara, a leading company in computer services in the Basque Country, within the framework of its B2B growth strategy and policy. of diversification in the different technological markets where the group operates. 9

• Fiera Capital, a Canadian investment fund, adds Innoliva to its portfolio after reaching an agreement with Cibus Capital. The company has 8,000 hectares of olive groves in integrated production in Spain and Portugal, mainly in the regions of Extremadura and Alentejo. The company has an EBITDA of more than 20 million euros and a good part of the value of the transaction resides in the land. 10
