• Visma acquires Spanish cloud software provider Quaderno. Based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands, Quaderno’s fully automated solution helps online businesses worldwide calculate the right tax rates based on input like customer location and the type of product or service sold. 1

• Henko Partners invests in Link to drive its international growth. Link is one of the leading Portuguese IT services providers, offering acomprehensive portfolio of solutions, with offices in Portugal, Brazil, and the Middle East. 2

• GasN2 strengthens its shareholding with the entry of Miura Partners to accelerate its national and international expansion. 3

• The search fund Arcadio Investments buys the Spanish technology company Libnova, digital preservation platform. 4

• Investindustrial agrees to acquire Virospack, world-leading producer of dropper packaging for the cosmetics industry**.** Export sales represent more than 90% of total annualised revenues of approximately €60 million, with products distributed to more than 20 countries. 5

• The fish and seafood company Garcimar acquires Granblau. Granblau’s turnover is around 12 million annually, with a staff of 50 people. The turnover of both companies will be around 90 million euros. 6

• Minsait acquires Nae, a benchmark in telecommunications consulting, to strengthen its global position in this market. 7

• The Mexican giant of ceramics and other construction materials Lamosa grows with the acquisition of one of the Spanish manufacturers that had grown the most in the last decade, the Castellón-based Baldocer. 8

• GREENPEAK Partners ha anunciado que, a través de su holding PARATUS, ha adquirido una participación mayoritaria en DB Soft SL, proveedor líder de sistemas de información y gestión de laboratorios (LIMS) que presta servicios a los principales laboratorios de España. 9

• UFP Global Holdings Ltd. acquires controlling interest in Palets Suller Group. Headquartered in Castellón, Spain, Palets Suller is the market leader in machine-built wood pallets, serving the region’s ceramic tile industry as well as other industries. 10
