Novapet (Grupo Samca) has acquired ENSO from GED Capital, solidifying its position as an integrated leader in the Iberian PET packaging sector. Since GED’s investment in 2018, ENSO’s sales have nearly tripled, growing from €22 million to a projected €60 million by 2024, and its workforce has expanded from 140 to over 260 employees. This growth, both organic and through acquisitions, includes strategic purchases such as Envases Plásticos Alimenticios Iberia, Plásticos Jaén in Spain, and Espaçoplas and Vertical Bag in Portugal. 1

Alantra Private Equity has completed its third investment with the acquisition of a controlling stake in SPW Fabrics, Spanish manufacturer of technical fabrics for sportswear, swimwear, workwear, and healthcare applications. The founders will retain a significant stake in the company as they partner with Alantra Private Equity and will remain involved in the business. The company has shown rapid growth and high profitability, recently surpassing €20mn in revenues. 2

Grupo EYSA, a Spanish technology company specializing in sustainable mobility management and backed by the H.I.G. Capital Infrastructure Investment Fund, has acquired Tradesegur, a company focused on road and citizen safety systems, and Lector Vision, a specialist in artificial vision solutions for vehicle control. 3

• The pharmaceutical company Ferrer has divested several businesses over the past five years to focus on two key areas: vascular and interstitial lung diseases, and neurological disorders. In line with this strategy, Ferrer has recently sold Noventure, its division focused on distributing dietary supplements, to the South African group Austell Pharmaceuticals. 4

Kartesia and GTO Partners have acquired the Spanish technology company Smarttech, which specializes in providing software solutions for medium-sized industrial companies. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed. This acquisition strengthens the position of both investment firms in the industrial technology sector. Smarttech, with over two decades of experience and approximately 200 professionals, has been a ‘mid-market’ industrial business unit in the former Ibermática. Until recently, it operated as a satellite company within Ayesa’s platform, a global technology and engineering services group. 5

LINK expands its presence in Europe and opens new opportunities in Spain and Latin America after the acquisition of Net Real Solutions (NRS). LINK Mobility has confirmed the acquisition of the Spanish company Net Real Solutions S.L. (NRS). This operation will allow LINK to expand its geographic coverage in Europe and capitalize on new opportunities in Spain and Latin America, where Net Real Solutions has a strong presence. Founded in 2001 and based in Castellón, NRS is a pioneer in SMS marketing, email marketing and voice services. The company offers solutions for sectors such as finance, retail and technology. Last year, Net Real Solutions sent over 2 billion SMS messages globally. In addition to offering operational and automated multi-channel communications, the company advises B2C, B2B companies, and startups on designing marketing and omnichannel communication strategies. 6

Mistertemp’ Group (Andera Partners), the 15th largest staffing firm in France, announced the acquisition of Meditempus, a Spanish temporary employment firm. Meditempus was established in 1995. Based in Barcelona, Meditempus, which generates €50 million in revenue, is well-established in the temporary work market in Catalonia and in major cities like Madrid and Zaragoza. Its local network and extensive market expertise will benefit Mistertemp’ group, which will also gain access to Meditempus’ 15 local branches and a talented team of 50 employees. 7

INNOVASUR has acquired the FIWOO platform, an innovative solution that allows users to design and manage entities and dashboards without technical expertise. By integrating FIWOO with its IoT platform, In4City, INNOVASUR has created CityBrain, the first no-code Smart City platform on the market. 8

MB92 Group, one of the world’s leading superyacht refit, repair, and maintenance companies, announced today that it has signed a Heads of Terms agreement to acquire GYG Limited, a superyacht painting, service and supply company which primarily trades under the Pinmar, Pinmar Yacht Supply and Technocraft brands. 9

GTD has reorganized its portfolio by selling its stakes in two companies specializing in industrial automation, where it held a 40% share. Alongside its partners, GTD transferred ownership of Electroingenium and GDI Proyectos y Montajes to the Aragonese group Sesé. Electroingenium, based in Zaragoza, offers engineering and software services for industrial automation systems, while GDI, located in Barcelona, focuses on installation and assembly projects. 10
