• ABK Group has partnered with Cleon Capital Advisors, who enters the company’s capital as a minority shareholder. Cleon has invested €45 million, mostly through a capital increase, with the aim of supporting ABK Group’s upcoming development and expansion stage. 1
• Wallbox, provider of charging and energy management solutions for electric vehicles, announces the acquisition of ABL. The investment accelerates and strengthens the competitive position of both brands in attractive key markets and customer segments. 2
• Técnicas Sanjorge (TSJ), a company specializing in the provision of services and agricultural solutions, is pleased to announce that it has opened its capital to Mediterrania Capital Partners, along with the Italian investor club BIC Capital. 3
• ITP Aero, a Bain Capital portfolio company, through its affiliate ITP Aero US, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the majority of BP Aero, an Irving (Texas, USA) based leading provider of aircraft engine aftermarket services. 4
• Corus strengthens its European bet with the acquisition of Brunns Dental. The company, owned by Careventures and Quadrum Capital, continues its international growth with the Danish laboratory after acquiring Byrnes Dental Laboratory in the United Kingdom (2023) and Nordentic in the Scandinavian countries (2022). 5
• Seidor acquires a majority stake in the software and technology consulting company for the meat sector Delsys. 6
• Ebro raises 20 million to manufacture electric vehicles at the former Nissan factory. 7
• Studio 100 Media Acquires Stake in Tenerife’s 3Doubles Animation Studio. 8
• The Bonomi family (Investindustrial) has acquired a 13.5% stake in the Spanish private debt manager Oquendo Capital. 9
• The Canadian infrastructure fund Brookfield will acquire a 25% of the capital of APK2, a parking operator, and the Swiss fund Partners Group 24%. The remaining 51% will remain in the hands of funds managed by Firmum Capital. 10
