• Accenture Acquires Innotec Security, Spain-Based Leading Cybersecurity Company. Founded in 2002, Innotec Security was previously owned by parent company Entelgy Group. The acquisition will add 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security’s workforce. 1
• Oakley Capital has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Alerce, a leading Spanish provider of transport and logistics software solutions. Oakley will invest alongside Alerce’s founding family, including CEO Pablo Pardo Garcia, who will retain a significant stake in the business. 2
• The Spanish IT consulting firm Seresco has acquired 75% of the Asturian company specialized in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance CIES for an amount of 3.375 million euros. The turnover of at the end of 2022 reached 3.3 million. 3
• Spanish PE Quarza Inversiones has joined forces with The Riverside Company (Riverside) to acquire the German Dastex Reinraumzubehör (Dastex), one of the leading independent European distributors of textile garments and cleanroom consumables. 4
• Zegona to acquire Vodafone Spain for €5.0 billion. This acquisition is Zegona’s third deal in Spain after successful turnarounds at Telecable and Euskaltel. 5
• Zunibal, portfolio company of Nazca Capital, acquires a minority stake in Cambrian Intelligence to consolidate its position as a world leader in technology for sustainable fisheries. 6
• Nexus Energía, the eighth electricity and gas marketer and the second representative of renewable producers in Spain, has closed an agreement to acquire 20% of the capital of the Valencian company Elekluz. 7
• Bluevía, the wholesale network services company, has acquired a package of fiber assets from the local telecommunications operator Excom in Andalucia. Bluevía is a company of which Telefónica controls 55%, while the remaining 45% belongs to Crédit Agricole and Vauban Infrastructure Partners**.** 8
• Substrate AI has formalized the acquisition of 70% of Binit, software development firm based in Spain, the United Kingdom and Latin America. 9
• GPF Capital acquired a minority stake in Mexican consumer debt management company Resuelve Tu Deuda. 10
