• Kartesia, European specialist provider of financing solutions, announced that it has provided a financing facility to support the buy-and-build acquisition strategy of the leading property management business Portik Group. 1
• CVS Group (Ufenau Capital), which invested in R&M, the specialist in installation and maintenance of refrigeration plants in 2021, has acquired two companies with a solid track record in the technical installations and maintenance sector, Proteknia Fire and Ebrofrío. 2
• Clar, a global digital loan broker based in Sweden, has acquired the Barcelona-born startup Finteca (Nuclio), which will become part of Prestalo, Clar’s loan broker in Spain. 3
• Abante acquires Welzia and adds 1,000 million assets in its fourth acquisition in three years. 4
• Volati has acquired all shares in Silos Metálicos Zaragoza S.L.U. (SIMEZA), a leading European manufacturer of storage solutions for the grain industry. The acquisition of SIMEZA is an add-on acquisition for Tornum Group and is the platform’s fifth acquisition in three years.5
• Atrys Health, a global healthtech company that provides prevention, diagnosis and precision medical treatment services, a pioneer in telemedicine and oncology treatment, announces that it has reached an agreement for the sale of 75.1% of Conversia for an amount of 35 million euros to the investment group Arraigo Midco.6
• Pañalon Group acquires Transportes Félix Group. In less than half a year, Pañalon has announced the acquisition of three companies dedicated to food transport in tankers in Spain. 7
• Sony Music reaches an agreement to acquire Altafonte Network, one of the main independent record distributors in Spain and Latin America. 8
• Almawave, an Italian company offering AI-powered language-recognition solutions, announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in Spain-based Mabrian. 9
• Purever, a Portugal-based company specializing in thermal insulation solutions, acquired Spain-based Taver and Instaclack Internacional. Both companies, which are part of the same group, are based in Catalonia and specialize in the manufacturing of inssulating panels. 10
