• ReeVo has acquired Hispasec, a Spanish cybersecurity firm serving over 300 clients, to strengthen its presence in Spain and accelerate European expansion. This acquisition, part of ReeVo’s international growth strategy, aims to triple its revenue by 2030. Hispasec will benefit from ReeVo’s advanced technologies, while both companies will enhance their cybersecurity offerings for SMEs. The merger combines local expertise with global resources, promising clients superior protection and tailored services. ReeVo plans to continue seeking strategic alliances and acquisitions in key European markets. 1
• Stirling Square Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of Ceres Biotics by its portfolio company, Sustainable Agro Solutions (SAS Group). This strategic move enhances SAS’s capabilities in microbial biosolutions, complementing its product range and expanding its presence in Europe. Ceres Biotics, founded in 2010, specializes in sustainable agricultural solutions and has established a strong reputation in over 20 countries. The acquisition aims to support SAS’s growth and commitment to sustainable agriculture. 2
• TeamSystem (Hellman & Friedman), an Italian tech and AI group, announced it has acquired AIG Classic (Tresmares Capital), a Spanish developer of management and accounting software for SMEs, micro-businesses and professionals. The deal expands TeamSystem’s presence in Spain, a key market as mandatory e-invoicing approaches (VeriFactu in 2027 and broader B2B adoption by 2028). Founded in 1994 in Vigo, AIG Classic generated over €5.5 million in 2025 revenue, serves 34,000+ customers and employs about 55 people. Its main products are ClassicGes and ClassicConta, covering end-to-end management, accounting, tax compliance and reporting. 3
• Mirai Investments has acquired Idistek, a Guipuzkoan company specializing in the design and manufacturing of complex electronic cards and assemblies. This acquisition enhances Ohmnia, Mirai’s electronics division, now comprising seven companies. Idistek, with 40 employees and an €8 million revenue, will expand its development capacity in a growing sector. Mirai aims to strengthen Ohmnia as a leader in electronic component design and manufacturing, focusing on high-value sectors like aerospace and renewable energy. Mirai Investments specializes in developing robust, competitive SMEs through strategic acquisitions. 4
• French education group E ureka Education (Naxicap Partners) has acquired Spanish company Albali, known for vocational training services. This marks Eureka’s expansion beyond France and Switzerland, aiming to build a leading European vocational training platform. The acquisition adds over 100 professionals and training capacity for over 32,000 students annually, generating around €250 million in revenue. Albali, previously owned by Alfonso López García, retains operational control to ensure continuity while benefiting from Eureka’s growth strategy. 5
• Devoteam (KKR) has acquired DEISER, an Atlassian Platinum Partner in Spain, to enhance its presence and service offerings in collaborative project management. This acquisition adds over 60 professionals to Devoteam’s team, aligning with its expansion strategy in Southern Europe and commitment to AI-based transformation. DEISER, established in 1998, specializes in Atlassian solutions like Jira and Confluence, and will eventually rebrand as part of Devoteam, ensuring continuity in quality and service for clients. 6
• t2ó ONE (Aurica Capital) has acquired the Italian creative agency Crafted to enhance its international expansion and creative capabilities. Crafted, known for its strategic creativity and strong client portfolio, will operate independently while integrating with t2ó ONE’s services. This acquisition aligns with t2ó ONE’s focus on creativity, data, and technology, aiming for a significant growth in EBITDA by 2026. 7
• The Kiloutou Group acquired Claveria Servicios, a historic reference in the Spanish equipment rental sector based in Binefar (Huesca). This fifth acquisition in just 12 months (Toolquick, Gloobal, Liftisa, and Mavyal & Zelai) provides Kiloutou with a new growth driver in the country. This latest acquisition allows Kiloutou to establish a significant connection between Aragon and Catalonia. Founded over 40 years ago, Clavería Servicios has established itself as a leader in the rental of lifting platforms, earthmoving equipment, and truck-mounted cranes. With a fleet of over 3,000 assets of equipment and a workforce of 110 qualified teammates, the company operates a strategic network of 7 branches. The company also offers specialized transportation services and operator provision. 8
• Astara has reached an agreement to acquire Nissan’s operations in Chile and Peru, becoming the official importer of Nissan vehicles and parts in these markets. This deal aims to strengthen their commercial relationship and enhance Astara’s portfolio. The transaction, signed in December 2025, is pending regulatory approval. Astara’s CEO emphasizes their capability to efficiently represent the Nissan brand, while Nissan’s president highlights the solid foundation established over years in both countries, with a successful operational model in Latin America. 9
• Delfín Grupo (Henko Partners) has integrated Autodesguace Otoniel into its network of Authorized Treatment Centers, enhancing its presence in the Valencian Community and expanding its ecological stock capacity. This move aligns with the company’s growth strategy and aims to position Delfín Grupo as a leader in the mobility sector. The partnership will provide over 300,000 references and emphasizes a commitment to sustainability and customer service. CEO José Carlos del Valle highlights the importance of quality and efficiency in meeting modern consumer needs. 10
