Presto Group, Sweden’s leading company within active fire safety, safety training, and first aid, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of DEMCO Montajes through its platform in Spain, Grupo Eurofesa, reaffirming its commitment to growth and strengthening its position in the fire protection and safety sector. ← IMAP Denmark (Dealhaus) & IMAP Spain (Albia) act as Presto M&A buy-side advisors 🎉 1

• The French food group Andros has acquired a majority stake in the Catalan premium yogurt company Pastoret, based in Sant Guim de Freixenet (Lleida). Pastoret’s founders will retain a minority stake and continue in representative roles within the company. Andros will appoint a new CEO to drive the brand’s growth and international expansion. This acquisition strengthens Andros’ presence in the Spanish market, following its previous purchase of Delafruit. 2

Atitlan has agreed to acquire a stake in Gaviota Simbac, manufacturer of awning and shutter systems, replacing French investor Edify. The investment firm will co-manage the company with the founding family. In 2024, the company reported €260 million in revenue, with over 50% from international markets. Atitlan aims to support Gaviota’s growth and consolidation. Edify, a shareholder since 2001, also holds a major stake in Spanish agribusiness Agromillora. 3

Portik Group, property management platform with presence in Iberia and Mexico, has entered Italy by acquiring 51% of Estia, an Italian firm specializing in the sector. With this move, Portik gains 20,000 new clients, surpasses 600,000 managed units, and expands its workforce to 2,000 employees. The company will invest at least €20 million to develop its business in Italy, aiming for 8,000 communities and 200,000 homes under management by 2029. This acquisition is part of Portik’s international expansion, following deals in Portugal and Mexico in 2023. 4

Hijos de Rivera (Estrella Galicia), has announced its entry into plant-based protein production with the construction of a new facility. As part of this initiative, the company has invested in Inproteins, a company specializing in innovative plant-based protein solutions. The company aims to develop innovative products and position itself in an expanding market. 5

Buenavista Equity Partners has expanded Parasol Media by acquiring a majority stake in RCservice, a provider of high-end cinematographic camera rentals in Spain. Founded in 2008 and based in Madrid, RCservice has worked on major productions like La Casa de Papel and Berlín. Its leadership team will integrate into Parasol Media. Since Buenavista acquired it in 2022, Parasol has tripled in size, now employing 200 people and projecting over €45 million in revenue for 2025. 6

Grupo Fuertes, owner of El Pozo Alimentación, has acquired Agropor, a Murcia-based pig farming and animal nutrition company, strengthening its vertical integration in the meat sector. Agropor, founded in 1972, recorded €93.8 million in revenue in 2023, a 30.2% increase from the previous year. Additionally, Grupo Fuertes has submitted a €312 million bid to acquire Grupo Uvesa, a leading Spanish poultry company. These acquisitions aim to expand production capacity and consolidate Grupo Fuertes’ presence in the Spanish meat industry, reinforcing its leadership in both pork and poultry sectors. 7

• The French private equity firm Capza has secured €40 million in financing from Apollo to support the expansion of its portfolio company, La Finca, a Spanish premium meat producer. This capital injection will enable La Finca to execute an ambitious growth plan, including strategic acquisitions and strengthening its position in the high-quality meat market. As part of this strategy, La Finca recently acquired Setas Vallondo, a specialist in mushroom production, further diversifying its portfolio. 8

Edison Next has acquired Ecoclima, a company specializing in aerothermal systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, to strengthen its position in the energy efficiency and decarbonization sector. The transaction, financed with internal capital, adds €14 million in annual revenue and a team of 43 employees to Edison Next. This integration expands the company’s service offerings and enhances the execution of energy projects, consolidating its presence in the B2G and B2T segments, particularly in the tertiary sector and data centers. 9

Grupo Konecta has secured €150 million from JPMorgan and ICG to accelerate its AI-driven growth strategy. The funding includes €75 million from shareholders, including majority owner ICG, and €75 million from a long-term loan. Under its Katalyst 2028 plan, Konecta aims to increase revenue from €2.03 billion in 2024 to €2.5 billion by 2028. Its new Konecta Digital unit will integrate AI solutions with support from Google Cloud and AWS. With an EBITDA of €275 million, the company has signed three major contracts exceeding €100 million each and plans to expand its 120,000-employee workforce by 5%. 10
